BUSD is now using FinalForms for athletic forms. This is an easy-to-use portal that can be filled out electronically and documents can be uploaded using the link or the app. Please contact us in the office if you need help! 

Once parents and students have created an account, the information will "roll" to the following year and only signature will be required.
