Fundamentals of Allied Health
Bagdad High School is interested in offering a Fundamentals of Allied Health and Nursing Services night course during the 2021-2022 school year. Students enrolled in this course will be able to take a Certified Nursing Assistant course (District Scholarship) and sit for the state CNA Exam.
This course will be offered to Juniors and Seniors outside of normal school hours. The class will typically take place once a week, and there will be multiple field trips.
REQUIREMENTS:
Junior or Senior during the 2021-2022 school year
Students must maintain a C or better in all science classes.
Anatomy and Physiology either prior to the course or concurrently.

If you are interested in changing a class in your 2020-2021 schedule, please fill out the form below. Changes will still need to be approved by the counselor and a request does not guarantee that a change will be made. The counselor will respond to you request by email.

Juniors and Seniors who have a GPA of 2.0 or higher are eligible to be a Teacher's Assistant. This is a great opportunity to earn high school credit while learning more about the education profession.
YOU are responsible for finding the teacher and asking them if you can be their TA.
If you are interested in being a TA for an Elementary teacher, but are not sure who to contact, please reach out to me. Elementary TA positions require a great deal of dedication. These teachers are counting on your help and the children become very attached to you. Those positions should not be made lightly.
Please download and sign/type your name and email the teacher you will be assisting. You will not be scheduled into the class without a completed Contract. Please email callicoatl@bagdadschools.org your completed contract.
